Louis has a double background. He holds a degree in clinical psychology and in business economics.
Louis is co-founder and managing director of the Korzybski Institute, an international research and training institute in solution focused therapy (www.korzybski.com) and CEO of the Integrative Management Institute, a consulting company that specializes both in family-owned business and in Solution-Focused Board Room Coaching & Strategic Management for (multi)national (not-for) profit companies. 
Louis is training executive at the Family Business Institute Belgium.
He is Visiting Professor of Family Business Psychology at EHSAL University, Brussels (Belgium).
